You’ll be guided through a free spirited vinyasa yoga practice at Gun Brewery, on the grass surrounded by woodland and a pink sunset sky. Lead by Nicole, combining dance, asana, and breathwork. Stay after for a chatty social & grab a local beverage! Dive deep and tune into your body’s vibrations, feeling truly alive and letting all inhibitions melt away. NEW playlist each event! This popular and sold out event has been shared and loved across East Sussex. Open to all abilities, genders and ages (over 16).
