Delivery Charges
£4.99 - Orders under £50.00
Free - Orders over £50.00 (Excludes; Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Borders & selected Mainland, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands - see details below)
Free - Collect from Brewery (9am - 4.30pm Mon - Wed, 9am - 9.00pm Thur & Friday, 12.30 - 9.30pm Saturday, 12.30 - 3.30pm Sunday)
Delivery details
Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched same day, on a Next Working Day (Mon-Fri - Excl. Bank Holidays) Liquid delivery service, with our delivery partner, APC.
After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the following working day, on the same service.
Once your order has left the brewery, you will receive an email/text from APC to say they have it, followed by a second when it goes out for delivery, giving an ETA.
This email/text will have a telephone number to call if you need to change any delivery details, as well as a link to track progress.
***important***
If you’re not in, a card will be left and delivery attempted again within the next few working days. If you’re not in THE SECOND TIME DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US FOR YOU TO COLLECT FROM the BREWERY.
If you want another delivery attempt, we would need to book the delivery in again with apc and charge you for that delivery.
It’s worth saying that whilst the service is a next working day one, with the demands on couriers growing ever greater, and various challenges throwing various spanners into the works, this can occasionally slip, so can’t be guaranteed.
Alternatively, collection is available from the brewery Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Please both select and confirm this option when booking.

As we use a courier, rather than Royal Mail, there is a surcharge for delivery to these destinations. This can’t currently be calculated automatically at check out, so please call to check the exact surcharge before ordering.
The exact charge will depend on the weight, but to give you an idea, the surcharges start at:

Jersey & Guernsey - £41.05

returns
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Perishable Goods (i.e. Beer)
* Gift Cards
On Merchandise, our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.
If you choose to do this, please contact us on beer@gunbrewery.co.uk and we will issue either a resend of the order (if it’s in stock) or issue a full refund, whichever is preferable.
