East Sussex based Kiek in de Kook are bringing their bold flavours to Gun at the Saffrons this Saturday from 1pm until 9pm. With a mix of dishes inspired by their travels around the world, the husband and wife team create rotating seasonal menus showcasing their favourite local ingredients, often cooked on fire and always made from scratch.
