We are teaming up with the wonderful host of rise run club - Josie!
Bringing you a light hearted, social run club.

After a short break this summer we are excited to roll out this Saturday morning at 8am.

Starting and finishing at the Gun Brewery Saffrons venue, taking a 5k route to the seafront and back, a great way to start the day.
All abilities welcome, keeping it an easy, social pace.

Of course our amazing coffee will be available after to refuel yourself.
No need to book, just rock up ready for a natter.
